· Conductive layer: Chemical copper plating + nickel (T 0.1–0.5 μ m) or silver ion doping
· Surface resistance: 10⁻³ – 10² Ω/ □ (Customizable)
· Fracture strength: ≥3.5 cN/dtex, elongation 15 – 30%
· Spec.: 1.5D/3D short fiber (38/64mm) or filament roll (1000m/roll)
Core Strengths
1. Full-band shielding: 100MHz–1GHz shielding efficiency ≥80dB, covering 5G/6G communication frequency band.
2. Durability: Heat resistance -40℃ to +130℃, 200 cold / hot impacts without delamination, resistance drift<5%.
3. Easy-to-machine composite: Blended with ordinary fibers (ratio 5 – 20%) for conductive fabric, nonwoven fabric, robot cable, high-end cable shielding layer.
